Ken Bailey, the Penguins Director of Business Development, begins his fourth full season with the Penguins, although he is no stranger to the team. Prior to joining the Penguins' staff, Ken spent three seasons as a team consultant, providing the Pens with his computer expertise.

Ken's responsibilities range from development of the team website and online store to the game night technologies used to bring you internet broadcasts. Ken is also responsible for the the Merchandise Department and helping to develop new business opportunities.

Ken's technical expertise has been sought after by the league as he often assists with the presentation of technical and business development processes to other AHL Member Clubs.

Ken graduated from college in 1986 with a degree in computer science. A native of the Hershey area, he currently resides in Dallas with his wife Colleen, and daughters, Isabella and Summer.
