Nicky began working with the Penguins in September 2001. Nicky spent two seasons as the Penguins' Assistant Merchandise Manager, and was promoted to Fan Assistance Manager prior to the 2003-04 campaign. In her current position, Nicky is responsible for the servicing of all season-ticket holder accounts. This includes processing payments, updating account records, organizing season-ticket holder parties and addressing season-ticket holder concerns.

On game nights, Nicky works together with the Penguins ticketing staff at the Fan Assistance Center, answering questions and keeping the fans informed.

Nicky attended college at Bloomsburg University, where she majored in Communications. She currently resides in Kingston.
