Nicole began working with the Penguins' organization in May of 2000 as an intern in the marketing department. After completing the internship, Nicole began working in the Penguins Team Store, where her main focuses were merchandise and customer service.

Nicole then spent two seasons as the team's Fan Assistance Manager and three seasons as a Ticket Sales Representative. Nicole recently landed her new position as the Manager of Ticket Sales.

 Nicole received her bachelor's degree in Marketing from King's College in May 2001 and currently resides in Wilkes-Barre.
