An employee of the organization since June of 2000, Rob begins his third full season as the Penguins Director of Ticketing.

Before landing his current position, Rob spent four seasons as a ticket sales reprensentative, where he was responsible for full, partial and group ticket sale packages.

Born and raised in the area, Rob is a graduate of both Luzerne County Community College and College Misericordia with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.

He and his wife, Jay, reside in Exeter with their son Mario Joseph and dog "Auki."
