Will began working with the Penguins as an intern in November of 2001. During his internship, he conducted interviews with players and coaches, before writing feature articles and player profiles for the Penguins official game program.

Will was hired by the Penguins in August of 2002 as the team's Marketing and Communications Manager, and he now serves as the team’s Director of Game-Night Entertainment. His current duties include producing all video segments for the video board and website, as well as directing the entertainment at home games and assisting in the team's various marketing campaigns.

Will graduated from Pennsylvania State University in the fall of 2000 with a bachelor's degree in English and again in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Journalism.
